OpenVPN 2 3 5 Windows

OpenVPN 2.3.5 For Windows Latest Free Download:

Oct 29, 2014- OpenVPN is a robust and highly flexible VPN daemon. OpenVPN supports SSL / TLS security, ethernet bridging, TCP or UDP subway transport through proxies or NAT, support for energetic IP addresses & DHCP, scalability to hundreds or thousands of Clint, and portability to most large platforms operating system.

OpenVPN is closely linked to the OpenSSL library, and derives much of its encryption capabilities of it.
OpenVPN supports conventional encryption using a pre-shared secret key (Static Key mode) or public key security (SSL / TLS mode) using client certificates and servers. OpenVPN also supports tunneling TCP / UDP unencrypted.

OpenVPN 2.3.5 Windows

Overall, OpenVPN aims to offer many of the key features of IPSec but with a relatively light footprint.

With OpenVPN, you can:

  • Tunnel any IP subnetwork or virtual ethernet adapter over a single UDP or TCP port,
  • configure a scalable server farm load-balanced VPN using one or more machines which can handle thousands of dynamic connections from incoming VPN clients,
  • use all the features of encryption, authentication and certification of the OpenSSL library to protect your private network traffic as it transits the internet,
  • use any cipher, key size, or HMAC summary (for datagram integrity checking) supported by the OpenSSL library
  • choose between conventional static encryption key based encryption or certificate-based public key,
  • use static, pre-shared keys or key exchange based dynamic TLS,
  • using real-time adaptive compression link traffic shaping for managing the utilization of link bandwidth,
  • public network tunnels whose end points are dynamic such as DHCP or dial-in clients,
  • networks of tunnels through firewalls with connection-oriented state without having to use explicit firewall rules,
  • tunnel networks over NAT,
  • create secure ethernet bridges using virtual tap devices, &
  • control OpenVPN using a GUI on Windows or Mac OS X.

Whats new in OpenVPN :

  • Fixed problem with the objectives of the special case path (REMOTE_HOST), which could cause the filling of the routing table with random garbage. Thanks to MICU and Gert Doering Teodo to find and correct this problem.
  • Fix problem with the objectives of the special case path (remotehost) The initroute () function shall leave intact and netlist for getspecialaddr () routes ("remotehost" is lone of them). netlist is on stack, contains random garbage, and will not be netlist.len 0 - hence the stack data is copied from random netlist.data [] until the routelist is full. Thanks to MICU and Gert Doering Teodo to find and correct this problem.
